Hiya Angels, Day 5 is finally here!! With it comes a bunch of new updates and changes, so please make sure to read this page before playing the game!
What's new in Day 5?
- Your online bestie Moth is finally here!
- Give 'em a tour of Corland Bay (or introduce them to IRL Haruko... >:3)
- Depending on the choices you make, you also have the chance to meet up with Jae and Violet!
- Two brand new CGs, as well as a new Dead End and 18+ scene.
How to obtain the Dead End (SPOILERS):
View the previous 4 Dead Ends, select the "It makes me sick" option in Day 4, then select the "I feel weirded out, ask Ren to leave" option in Day 5. You get an additional mini-scene if you kill Olivia (Day 2) and/or Teo (Day 4) as well.How to obtain the 18+ scene (SPOILERS):
Sleep with Ren in Day 1 (if you didn't choose to unlock all the 18+ scenes), select the "snuggle up with him" option in Day 5, then select the "Reach for Ren under the blanket" choice in Day 5.How to obtain the "secret" CG (SPOILER):
Go down the Decay path (be mean to everyone during Days 1 to 4 — this can include Ren if you want), select the "I enjoy seeing it" option in Day 4, then select the "I feel weirded out, ask Ren to leave" option in Day 5. IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THE "I enjoy seeing it" OPTION IN DAY 4, YOU WILL GET THE REGULAR DEAD END — NO MATTER HOW MANY DECAY POINTS YOU HAVE.
- A massive overhaul to the main UI and SFX!
- The most noticeable differences are the choice options, socials screen, and popup boxes.
- Some sounds had their volumes slightly adjusted, and a few new ambience tracks have been added as well.
- A massive update to the socials menu!
- There are now three new "apps" you can gradually unlock by progressing through the game.
- You now have a security camera app! (It doesn't do anything... for now /gen)
⚠️ Before downloading the latest update, make sure to delete any saves and previous downloads/versions of the game! This includes Day 4, Day 3.5, Day 2, etc.

hey i tried following the guide but i couldnt get the dead end or the other two, now i know i am jsut doing something wrong most likely but i have been trying each end for like an hour but i still cant get them. Could i get some help?

I've purchased it but saw the "delete previous saves from the demo before downloading" and I was too late :( I deleted everything then trired downloading it again but it still says "end of the demo" after day 5
That's because 14DWY is currently still in development. This is specified in the game's description (on Itch), as well as during the warning screen, the character creation screen, and the demo end screen ;v;
It currently only goes up to Day 5!!
Yes I'm sure I've seen plenty of times that it's still in progress, my concern was that I thought I'd been playing on the demo after I'd purchased the paid game because it said end of the demo. I just thought it would say end of the game or something along those lines.
Sorry, but I'm a bit confused about what you're saying ;v;
14DWY is completely free, and you don't need to purchase it (unless you choose to donate Itch's suggested amount, which is optional). There is also no complete version of the game. It's only a demo, which currently ends at Day 5.
Ohhh, that makes so much sense. I'm new to itch.io and a previous game I played had a demo but donating/paying gave you access to play the full game so I applied that logic to other games as well and this one as well. Thanks for letting me know!

AHHHHHHH this is so GOOOOOD i was so happy when i saw day 5 came out you're a genius! for a while i was scared that you woudlnt continue tho anyway day 5 is fantastic yeah i love Ren but still the dark parts scared the shit out of me like the first ending the bad one? hell you're good at this keep going

Just a question, though: I decided to not give in to my desires in day 1, but, even if I didn't go through the Woohoo scene, the following ones were the same as if I did (mentioning things like "again" and "missed being like this")
Other than that, no bugs or issues whatsoever! I loved it 🎀💗
You likely had the "unlock all 18+ scenes" feature enabled. It's recommended that you play with it turned off — mainly because it's an experimental feature — but also because its only purpose is to make all 18+ scenes accessible without having to sleep with Ren during Day 1.
If you enable this feature, the game will automatically assume that you've slept with Ren During Day 1, thus giving you that dialogue.
With all that being said, I appreciate the kind words and love for Day 5! Thank you very much!! ^^
i just found out day 5 came out made my whole year CANT WAIT FOR DAY 6
Every time I try to play day 5 it keeps saying 'you have completed the demo' on day four..I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game so many times and it still w ont let me play day five what am i doing wronggggg
This is mentioned in the dev-log above, but...
Ensure you're not using any older save files, and that you're starting the game from the beginning.
I can't get to day 5? I just keep getting the dead end ending, idk what to do
Do the go home route on day 4 and ask him to stay over, thats how i got to day 5

im playing this on laptop, if i delete the whole game and download this one, will all my progress be wiped? Plz help :')
